BOULDER, Colorado Nov 2, 2005 — A hardware seller Home Depot has found itself in a sticky situashun, defendin' a suin' suit by a man who claimz the chain's Looeyville store ignored his cryz for help aftr he fell viktum to a prank and wuz glued ta a toylet seat.
Bob Dougherty, 57, of Nederland said he became stuck to a bathroom toylet seat where somebody had smeered glue on Okt. 30, 2003, and felt "treemendus panik" when he reelized he wuz stuck fast.
"They left me there, goin' thru all that stress," Dougherty told The (Boulder) Daily Camera. "They just let me rot."
